Rear grinding noise

bad bad grinding noise coming from right hand side rear, think it may be the brake pads worn right out, horendous noise when braking and bad grinding noise when not braking.

looks like another job I have got to do in the morning, along with the death wobble problem on the front

1st day of my holiday too :-( last thing I wanted to do is work on my car after doing 16 twelve hour days at work
