3FE cold valve clearances?

I have my intake and valve cover off my '92 3FE right now for some new gaskets and much needed cleaning and I would like to adjust the valves while I am in there. Problem is, my manual only specs out the operating temperature valve lash. It's such a big production to get the valve cover off (at LEAST have to remove the t-body and intake hose) that by the time you're in there the motor has cooled again. So what should I set the valve lash at? One thousandth less? Two? Thanks for any help.

It's really not that hard to get everything off while the engine is still hot. If you drive around to warm up the engine and then loosen everything while the engine is running you should be able to cut it off and remove everything while the engine is still hot.
