Nut size for 93 O2 sensors?

My nuts are rusted beyond recognition (outer). Inners look fine, but I want to replace them all. If anyone has the nut size, I'd appreciate the info.

Thank you, sir. Dan quoted that size for 95-97, but I wasn't sure if it applied to the 93-94 side-by-sides.

To never again have the "rusted beyond recognition" issue. I replace them with VW copper exhaust nuts, like these;
