Nut size for 93 O2 sensors?

My nuts are rusted beyond recognition

(outer). Inners look fine, but I want to replace them all. If anyone has the nut size, I'd appreciate the info.

Balanced on a pin head. 95 FZJ80 trail truck (hers), 94 FZJ80 320K with a knock and a lumpy old Dodge car.
