leaky tcase output

The output of my tcase has sprung a leak, what exactly does one need to do to fix this..just a new seal?

Well the problem could be the seal of the flange it is going around. I had a pinion leak on the front of my rig and thought it was the seal only to find that the seal had worked a groove into the flange and it no longer worked. Pull it apart it will be easy to see where it is leaking from.

Usually it's the rear output seal. You'll need to remove the rear extension housing and then work your way to the seal. A search will reveal more details and pics.
