Can you perhaps get a better shot of that air panel set up? I cant read some of the labels. I love the set up. Very clean. I love clean. Curious about the hose routing under there as well. Is the whole thing really supported by the battery hold down or is there something else there?

Also....is that Slee's York bracket or did you make it? Man this thing looks so slick. I am tempted to grab one of those myself JUST for the clean set up!!!

yes the manifold is supported by the panel which in turn acts as the battery tie down. funny part is when i put it all together the holes that were already in the panel lines up for the hooks of the tire down so i didnt have to drill anything. the bracket was one i got from some one here on mud before slee started selling them (thats right its been awhile to get this thing going)

on a side note any one recommend a god oil for the york?

stll have to hook up the oil filter and wire the switch in

For oil I have read that most people just use regular motor oil:

Kilby also makes a dipstick AND an oil return that uses air pressure to bring oil back to the pump.
Oil Return: ::Kilby Enterprises::
Dipstick: ::Kilby Enterprises::

I really need to get my hands on that compressor but paying $150 for it would really suck. Looks like you also used the tank it came with as well?

Ok I hunted down some info:
Cover #A16967 is $22.00
MANIFOLD ASSY. #A18351 is $36.33
GAUGE 1.5 300 .125 #A09602 is $7.13
SCREW .250-20X.500 #D28104 is $1.47
GAUGE #Z-A07467 special order
VALVE SAFETY 175 .25 #D20114 is $15.37
DECAL, CONTROL PANEL #A16643 is $3.66

Pretty sure the gauges can safety valve can be purchased elsewhere assuming its not some funky size.
So for basically $60 for the manifold, cover and decal sounds pretty good.

yes tank was used from this compressor as well

basically everything from the compressor was used minus the motor.
Pressure switch on ths compressor is not the large clunky box type but a small 150psi rated ones like people here like. Tank also came with drain knob as well

Another nice note is the manifold also has a plugged port on the end so adding a third line if needed is possible

all the stuff used is standard.

just drilled two holes in a piece of angle iron i had laying around and bolted i to the top bolts of the arb. Welded the tank to the angle iron. sits plenty below where the winch will be and high enough so i dont bash it.
