Fuse ok but My dash does not light up! WTH???? help trip in 36hrs!

Ok... so like I posted b4. Got my radio stolen and everything worked fine? Then all of a sudden my the cigarette lighter stopped working. Everything else was fine. I took it to get it fixed... fine. I changed the trim around the radio because it was broken... Now nothing turns on. WTH? The cig lighter dash lights wont work. I'm trying to find the possible problem ASAP. If not, I will take it back tomorrow.

HELP!

I'm unclear with the whole "fine" thing after 'getting it fixed'. What - fine, THEN you did a trim change due to it broken and then nothing lights? OR....? Very poor way of explaining what happened methinks.

Sorry..... just a little too stressed a while ago. Even though the stereo was yanked, the dash lights still worked. And the lighter as well. Then the lighter went caput.

Anyways... I found one of the problems... the lighter light was loose and making a short with the metal parts behind the dash and caused the fuse to go out. pulled the light out and put electric take and replaced the fuse. Now all that is left is the lighter. Fuse seems to be fine but still not working. I will take it back to the place that supposedly fixed it tomorrow.
