Does anyone here currently have a carfax account they could run a VIN for me?

You know, don't you, that the CarFax reports are nearly useless ?
The only thing for sure is that if a problem shows up then, most likely, the problem is real.
A clean Carfax report does NOT mean that the vehicle is clean, that is has never been in any accidents, speedo correct.
