Frame to caliper brake lines

Anyone running brakelines from the frame to the caliper instead of frame to axle, axle to caliper? I have a FJ80 front axle in my tacoma and dont have the stock brake lines.

I was thinking on getting some extended lines for a tacoma since they have the banjo fitting at the end. Or would using a rear line with the male fitting screw right in instead of using the banjo fitting?
