Well, the Avocado got squished...
I had parked to unload from GSMTR and a tornado hit my house. Family is fine, lots of damage to everything.
The Avocado took a direct hit on the rear quarter window across to the spare tire with a 22" DBH pine tree. The bumper/tire carrier took the weight of the tree and kept the tree in the roof line only...wow. Damn thing is tough. The Slee suspension took the weight of the tree. The Iroks took the weight of the tree. The damn poly performance axles took the weight of the tree. The front end jumped into the air and the glass exploded 40' away and it still drives true...amazing. Anyway...I am just letting everyone know. I have some plans...

Sorry to hear that, glad everyone is ok. Have friends here in CO that narrowly escaped the tornado in Windsor. Lost a fence and minor damage.
PS, I cam selling plans for the Shortbus or Vlakvark conversions  So is it called Guacamole from now on? |

OUCH! Glad you're OK! I am extremely amazed at how everything withstood the tree but the roof did take a beating!

Having grown up in the midwest with tornados, you are damn lucky. Glad you and family are ok. Buddy of mine, born and raised Californian was in CO when the one Christo mentioned hit there. He said about a mile away from where he was and he was scared shitless! He'd rather have an earthquake!!

Dan I'm sorry to hear that; rings of the days of hurricanes in FL where cars get the 'taco treatment' from fallen trees. At least you had all the armor though and it isn't a 100% loss.
