advance timing to 7 degrees and 20mpg?
I saw this for sale last night on craigslist and now its posted here on mud in the for sale section. anyone would like to give there 2 cents about what he claims on advancing the timing to 7 degrees and getting 17 city and 20 hwy.

If I advance mine to 14° BTDC can I get 40 MPG?

its always worth looking at how many post they have, it seems alot of the for sale posting come from newbies, not a bad thing but its not the same a member that has maintained their rig

I don't even have to look. No way an 80s getting that kind of MPG, and when I advanced my timing to 7 years ago I did not notice a change. May have even gone down in MPG as that's done for power.
