Another Newbie

Well after visiting this site more than google over the past year I finally decided to join the obsession. I hav owned my LC for 8 months and picked her up with 92,XXX mi with factory lockers. After reading over the numerous posts on this site I new I had found a diamond in the rough. Though I have only owned this truck for 8 months I have been searching for her for several years just didnt want to jump on the first option that I came across. So I decided on this 94 in wonderful condition to hopefully turn into a trail rig but it is mostly used to transport around the two pups: Yogi my 4 month old Bernese and Hurley my 5 year old Golden.

I do have a little mechanical knowledge mostly from running quarter midgets as a wee tike many many years ago, but I will be looking to y'all for advice as well as encouragement when tackling problems in the future. I live in the RTP area of North Carolina and would love some suggestions on a reliable LC mechanic in the area as I have been getting taken to the cleaners by the local dealerships. Plus they cant even understand what I am talking about most of the time and I find myself correcting their service reps more and more everytime I go there so i've given up and need to find a better alternative.

I will be posting several pics even though there are no mods, she is completely bone stock and will prob. stay that way until I rack up some more miles or gas prices hit $10.00/gal.

Sorry, sorry Burgundy in color with grey leather and 108,00 on the ticker. And yes I was a lurker but it was because of this website that I was able to make and educated decision on my first LC and for that I thank you!!!! I will try to post some pics this evening but the rain here in NC could postpone. Thanks for the welcome mat!!

Alright I was able to take a few pics. I had to show off the non-cracked front seat and my cargo but hopefully after a while I can post more. I could only post three so enjoy!
