PowderCoating or Painting OEM Wheels

Okay, so many people on this forum have painted their OEM wheels black, and I totally love the cruiser looking even more like a beast.

So my question(s) are how did you go about doing it?
Products used? Spray paint? Off-shelf paint? Etc...
Steps? Do's/Don't
Pics?

I had mine powdercoated. DD use primarily, so it's held up pretty well for the last few months. Be careful when removing the wheels, the stuff can be chipped with a torque wrench.
