Short Bus, Color Matched and Custom Tabs REAR PICS ADDED

I was just going to put some lights on my new short bus. Then i wanted them in the valley not on the top. Then the guy at the fab shop said it would look real good matched to the trim.
Here it is.

1) Slee Shot bus bumper

2) Tabs added to the valley

3) Warn 9.5xp

4) Hella 4000 Free Form

5) Powder coated as close as we could match without spending a ton of time looking for the perfect color. It's pretty close.

DCountry It came as a finished bumper in black like you see in that link in my second post if you want to take a look. I had a local fab shop weld on the new tabs which was not that big of a deal to have done. It took him about an hour to do it.

What size lift/tires are you running? Do you have a 1" spacer up front?

It's got plenty of pinstipes now. OME 2.5 mediums no spacers. I'll get it all finihsed and see how it sits. I have one optima D31M in there and the secoond one will go in tonight. I think the front will drop a bit more with the 2nd battery. 33" Geolanders.

That is one great looking truck. I think this clinches it for me. I have been trying to decide between the ARB and the Short Bus. When I decide I can finally afford it, it'll be the Short Bus for sure.

I was thinking of matching the gray trim on my 97' at one time. I stopped in and asked Christo if he would sell them without the powder coat and unfortunately at the time he wouldn't. He did mention he did have some in gray but it was several months back and he didn’t say what shade of gray they were. May have been a dark gray though, for some reason I remember the Vlakvark having a dark gray bumper.

Yep, but i'm real happy that you sold it. Thanks again for doing the PM, lift, sliders, HG, new tires, hoses, radiator, and a bunch of other stuff... and yes the original pinstripes.
