You failed to state which engine, I will assume 1FZ:

Kit # 04112-66035

Head Gasket
Valve cover gasket
Spark plug tube seals
Intake manifold gasket
Surge tank (plenum) gaskets
Exhaust manifold gaskets
Exhaust flange gaskets
Throttle body gasket
Valve seals
Injector seals
PAIR valve gaskets
Bypass pipe o-rings
Fuel pipe-to-rail gaskets
Chain tensioner gasket

Does not contain:

Distributor o-ring
EGR valve gasket
Heater return pipe gasket

Is there anything else you would need to do the head job?? I can think of new head studs, but I guess that isn't a must.

As Dan acurately put it, the list of while-you-are-in-theres can be extensive. Along with the parts that Dan suggested, I would also get a FSM - either digital (look up automatic FSM download) or a hard copy.
