| so should i pull the trigger... 1994 120k miles, factory lockers, abs, moonroof, towing package, clean carfax,
leather has seen better days, no clicking at full lock but knuckles are weeping....
...some one talk some sense into me before i hit the submit bid button. |

| yah, i figure that price gives me a little room for "surprises".
looked at three 80's with lockers in the last week...
...and this was the first one that actually had them. |

| well an inspection of the truck revealed a few more surprises
than i was comfortable with so the deal fell thru. but alot of
persistence and a trip to sacramento payed off, and i now own
a triple locked '97 with less than 100k on it...

| Excellent job! Patience and persistance paid off! I got lucky myself. My '93 was the first one I looked at, and it has lockers. I didn't even know enough about these beasts to be looking for them at the time. As I said, I got lucky...

| I kept the flares and running boards on for the time being. Upon closer inspection, it looks as though they took 100% of blows from other cars. I live in Socal, and it's like door ding hell.
I figure a small lift, sliders and some bigger tires will get me out of the door ding zone. |
