PO130, PO133 then PO125 CEL codes...

I searched and of course didn't find a whole lot of information... has anyone had a PO125 code after 130 or 133 and replacing O2 sensors?

I replaced both after getting 130 and 133 codes thinking it was my O2 sensors... they have 173K miles on them and it was idling rough anyway...

So those codes went away, then 125 popped up after driving about 15 min. 125 is insufficient coolant temp for the closed loop fuel management system or something... anyways, the shop manual doesn't give a whole lot of fixes, except to check connections, which I did. Made sure the O2 sensors were in fact connected all the way and looked for any lose wires.

reset check engine light last night and didn't come on during the drive into work this morning.

Anyone else ever have issues with CEL code 125?

btw... it idles very smooth now, as one might expect. It also gets off the line with a little more enthusiasm now.

Thanks.

Well, it came back yesterday. Has anyone had a 125 pop up?

I just replaced my cats and had a 125 come up. I cleared it on the way home, but will see if it comes back. Doesn't seem like too popular of a code, so hopefully it will be gone for good.

Yes, I have had a P0125. That is the EGT sensor on the block underneath the intake manifolds. IIRC, if you are looking at the head from straight on, it is on the USDS side 2 sensor in.

It has nothing to do with the cooling system of the engine. It has everything to do with the fuel delivery/combustion system.

I replaced mine with a new OEM unit and my code went away.
