Real Time help needed: Rear diff not locking!

I rode a trail last weekend and noticed that my front diff lock engaged, as did my center lock. However, my rear never did. Maybe I just don't know how to search properly, but I've already spent two hours trying to find something out about how to fix this problem. I got under the cruiser and saw that one of the wires that connects to the front of the e-locker assembly was snapped off. I soldered it back together, and now neither the front, nor the rear will engage. Any suggestions?

Just did.

I turned the engine on, and turned the knob to engage the lockers. The voltage jumps from 0 to 12 and back again.
