| Leather replacement kit from AATLAS1X?? Anyone have any pics of the installed leather replacement kits offered by AATLAS1X in this thread?? I know several people have purchased them, but I haven't seen any post-installation pics. How's the fit and finish? How close to stock appearance? How well is it holding up? I just want to know how these stack up to other options out there.

| All I can say is the leather is great. I work for Toyota and the quality of this leather is comparable to OEM. A lot of dealers use ATTLAS1X's brand for their new car installation. I have had my kit installed for 6 months and it still looks and smells like brand new. I would recommend this kit to anyone.

| I don't think we've heard for *certain* that these will fit an LX450. I believe the foam under the LX450 leather is different than the TLC but I'm not sure??

| I'm real happy with mine, although I can't offer any definitive input regarding durability, I did the install in October. I went with the gathered look instead of smooth. From removal to install, it took about 11 hours over 5 days for the front and middle rows. This project made a big impact on transforming the truck from an 11 year old rig to "Wow, this is a 96! It looks like new!" BTW, this was my wife's idea, she paid for it. HTH, Greg |

| Any kind of special skills a man needs in order to do this leather replacement job? Would it look retarded to just do the fronts?
Thanks,
Rookie2

Thanks,
Rookie2 | Strong fingers and a can of silicone spray is you friend.
The silicone will allow you to slip it into place with little effort. I just learned this trick as I was watching them do an install (not Lnad Cruiser).

| Thanks for the pics, I was hoping it would match the Land Cruiser pattern so doing just the front seats wouldn't stick out so much from the rest.

I or anyone else will sell you what you want, but if for any reason you would need the middle row in the future it would be just like buying the fronts only at $554.00
Yes, the LX models are the same pattern, just another color.
Thanks for the posts,
Shane

| Someone post up a brown and a two tone please!
I still wish they did shifters and wheel wraps too. Replacing it all in one matched batch of stained cow would be the meow.

HTH, Greg | are those the door panels from the kit or did you keep your originals? do the door panels have the hardboard backing included or just the covering?
edit: I just used the "make the wife say I need it" plan. I think I can war her down. Mwahahahahaaa!

It's a summer job as right now the truck is in full winter duty. Thanks

| Again - anyone with pics of the two-tone kit?
Can anyone confirm which year/model came with the two-tone kit? Did the two-tone go all the way to the second and third rows, or just the first? Door panels also? What about steering wheel?
Just curious.
