Cool newbie

Hello to all.

I just bought a used 1997 80series. It's completely stocked with minor upgraded on tire rim and size done by previous owner. I am riding on 18 inches rim. I must say everything else are pretty good working conditions and looking forward to learn about the vehicle through this useful website.

Wow, 18" rims? Did the PO include the hat that came with them?

Just joshin' ya. Welcome. Newbie here, too.

Welcome!

Definitely an oddball here w/ 18" rims. Is your 80 a street machine?

In respond to 80krase, yes my 80 is still street machine. I am having a hard time getting tire replacement for 285/60/18 rim in Thailand. I am thinking of replacing current OEM coil spring with OME, although still undecide whether to go 2" higher or maintain the same height.

tj80,
Put your location in your profile and your vehicle information in your sig line. There are too many forum members for us to remember everything and the fact that you are in Thailand and have a unique rig will enable us to answer questions (or pass on the answers) a lot easier.

Plus, we will understand that English is not your first language and will be more likely to try to interpret what your are saying.
