I will post up 6" pics once I get them
I have the rear cargo drawers full of tools, camping gear, etc. I would estimate the rear runs around as you see it in the pics with about 300 pounds or so of constant load from cargo, plus the spare, bumper, etc.

Added a spindle to the DS with an arm for a spare carrier.
Also, there is an air coupler on the PS corner to tap into the on board air.

I see now. I interpreted the "added a DS spindle" to mean 'in addition to' the PS spindle; but you mean 'moved the spindle to the DS." I was wondering how you mounted an air connector along with a swing arm. I've looked on the PS (stock Slee rear tyre carrier) and I couldn't see how it could be done easily.
Thanks Dan!

Dan,
I spent a full day riding shotgun in your rig with Robin Hood at LSLC's ICBM. It is the best wheeling 80 I have ever ridden in and, when it was built, it was state-of-the-art as far as the aftermarket goes. Glad to hear your adding the 6".
I would have bought it when Robin offered it up to the club, but my wife still turns up her nose at any wheeling that includes a top on the vehicle.
At one point, just before the rubberized coating was done, Robin was very seriously considering bobbing it. That would have been very cool, but it is obviously better suited for your use as is.
Anyway, I have great wheeling memories from that day in your truck and I'm glad to see it went to someone who is using it as you are.
Take care-

Thanks for the comments...Marshall..the D pillar bar is going to be tied to the C pillar and cross braced so I can put my spare up there some day. Lots of little things in there you can't see on my pics. I will take some more when it gets done and you will see

Dan, as tall as you are - you're going to need a helmet - LOL - It's looking great - nice and clean - looks like they re-did the main hoops we put in origionaly (lower maybe).

The B pillar is exactly the same (same tube).
The C pillar was a bit tweaked when your die broke so that is new.
Most of the work we did is still there, just cleaned up.
I don't hit anything, it is made to my height

All we have left at this point is a few seat belt tabs and some sheet metal work. We should have it back to Dan shortly.
