Intermittent "D" drive light on dash console.

I have noticed recently that the D (Drive) indicator light on my dash is intermittent ON and OFF. SOme days just works fine, other days the light just won't come up.
Is this one those Cruiser hidden features that creps up when least expected?

Thanks,

Do a search on this - loads of info on the infamous D light. Best bet is to just whack the dashboard. It will eventually just burn out. If your's is just going on a '94 with 140K, you got a long life out of that little bulb!

Dude.

I'm pretty sure this thread:

was on page 1 (as it still is now) when you posted.
