Frame question

pretty sure but just confirming.

Just recently purchased an 84 longbox pickup with only 180k km on it. Cab is mint, box is half decent, but frame is completly messed, it is rusted through and broken. I only paid 1300 canadian, so i am happy. Anyway i obviously need to replace the frame so my question is: will this truck fit on an 86 longbox frame. As i said im pretty sure it will, just confirming. I know ill have to cut the IFS junk off and what not.

thanks in advance...

If both trucks are single cabs then it should fit.
If you have a factory manual or can get a download
of the factory manuals then in the back of them it will
give all of the mesurments for the cabs and frames
Good luck with your build up.
