New Seats

So, I am finally going to buy a car-near future.

I would like to get rid of the bench seat in the truck.

What are best replacements? I am thinking 4runner or SR5 of the same generation?

I do not want to do any mods and I would prefer to have the same kin of color.

Mine are grey now.

Thanks.

hey look in the scrap yards or on ebay. my seats are out of a 1990 4runner but they are not all that comfortable but they are better than the bench.

For your 92? Then yes, SR5 seats out of a 90-95 4Runner should bolt right in, I love them!

x2 on either 4Runner or SR5 truck seats. You'll want to get a center console as well. Sometimes you can get everything from the same donor.

hey it might be because of my height but after an hour and a half sitting in those seats my back and ass start hurting. i would like to find a 87 vanwagon and get the seats out of it. i used to have one those seats were awsome.

I put Chevy Astro van buckets in my truck. They have flip down arm rests and are the most comfortable seats I have ever had in a truck. I just put the stock slider mechanisms under those seats and bolted em right in. Did I mention how comfortable they are and the arm rests hold you in tight while wheelin.

X2 on my 92. The driver's side seems to have flattened out some on my truck.

Do these come in vinyl, cloth, etc?

The ones I have in my truck are gray cloth and they match my interior really well.

i would search junk yards, i went through one the other day, and a lot of the cars/trucks have decent interiors that would be worth pulling their seats.
