What is this for?
They came out of an 89 4Runner, and them mounted to the sides of the fiberglass top just behind the rear seats. Anyone know what they were for?

I assume they are hooks for hanging clothes on, if you have them on hangers.

Took me forever to find it, sort of. Toyota calls it a "coat hook."

I thought he removed one of the rear grab handles, installed it above the driver's door, and mounted his maglight holder with the two screw holes (~6" apart)? ...but you could be right.
Edit: The above isn't clear. I meant to say that he mounted the maglight where the rear grab handle was (back driver's side).

Either way, that is a good idea. The holes for a grab handle are present above each door, and on either side of the shell.
