Cross over steering conversion question

My junk still has that factory control arm going from the carrier to the frame. Is that shit(the brackets themselves) in the way of the crossover steering and the bracket on the frame(cosidering the IFS box). If so I have the torch ready to cut them off.....if not I am just going to take the arm (rod) itself off.

Wristy saved the day. Wristy sorry I had to get off the phone so quick.....I forgot to turn his reg. off and I had gas leaking.

For future refrence wristy said the mount for the control rod could stay......so I am leaving it but I torched the control rod arm off the axle housing

I have always cut all of that stuff off when doing x-over. It's not needed, in the way and looks cob if left on.
