Ok..................got it all apart and here is the trouble with the sleeve.

Its not using the sleeve itself. The problem lies that when you sleeve a balencer you need a seal to match.

Why mine lasted as long as it did is because upon install I greased everything good. If the diameter of the balencer is increased with the sleeve and you dont have a seal to match the seal will burn up and that is what happned to my seal.............the outside of the seal went first and when that went the spring inside the seal groved the sleeve.

All is solved.
