It might be unexplainable but I've always loved the JDM fender mounted mirrors.......nice rig.

2 questions:

What does SR mean?

and are the 2 tie down loops on the rear of the shell stock?

It has to be a conspiracy!

Not sure what SR means has to be engine related it was a 2.0 3Y Carb Petrol engine before it died.
Got a 4Y 2.2 to go in which was earmarked for my D Cab but the surf needs less work
The tie loops look genuine I'm at an offroad show at the weekend will check out a mates truck see if his has them

Call in Mulder and Scully they'll sought this conspiracy.

I would love to have the right hand drive here in the U.S. just to get the weird looks from people. wonder how long it would take to get used to using the shifter with my left hand?
