Another IFS lift question

Ok, this is getting pretty specific on the IFS stuff: Because of all the people doing SAS on their trucks, IFS lifts are pretty common used. If I buy one from a first or second gen IFS truck or 4 runner for the FRONT, is in interchangeable across all models and years 86-94? Eg, will a Pro Comp 4" lift off an '86 truck work on a '92 4runner?

I realize the rear will be different..

appears to cover them all, and the 4runner and minitruck fronts are identical....should be good to go!

some part number crosses between the kits show identical from control arms and torsein bars....
