torsion bar
i have torsion bars on my truck when they are raised does that screw up the alignment on the front end obviously leafs are better but the conversion is a few bucks with welding involved.

Yes and you limit flex. You will get uneven tread wear if you do not do an alignment after tweaking the bars.
