when I went to the dept of licensing, in Washington to get a off road permit, i didnt think i would get a license plate for a quad. In Oregon, you just slap on a ATV permit sticker which you can buy at a 76 gas station.
The lady at DOL called it dual registration. cause i have exactly that, two registration documents.
Anyone done this? does this make sence? either way, johnny law cant write me a ticket for no permit ( yeah, they are expired in this pic, but its an old pic and they are up to date)
