I think those springs you ordered are going to be very tall. Those numbers are 6" lift on a LC80. Stock LC80 coils will give a 2nd gen 4runner about 4" of lift so the coils you ordered could give 10" of lift! Only time will tell. Tuesday I'm getting in some OME 863 which should lift my back end 5.5" to match my SAS front lift. I'll post my results when I get them.

Tried them, but they weren't tall enough. They measured the same height as the pro comp coils (which lift 3,5") I have on my truck. And as Ive said before I have these and 2"spacers. And I need about 2" more than I have today. I reckon when mounted the Ome 863s will be a bit taller than the pro comps, but they didn't fit the spacers I have. I think (will hopefully find out this weekend) that without the spacers the new coils will be perfect height to this setup. If they lift just a bit too much I will just add the leaf I removed in front. Or rebuild my rear to leafsBut I seriously doubt that... I'm more concerned about flex, than height due to stiffness of the springs...

I hope I`m right, but I`ll let you know if you are...

Looks pretty nice. Do you have any rear drive shaft problems now? I'm adding a cv in mine, as I daily drive it.
How are those top links holding up? I dont think there that strong. I'm replacing mine with 1" dom and rods ends.
Again looking good.
Heres a pic of my "ghetto lean" right now.
Ryan

Thats a sweet runner!!! Looking good man!

I`m getting these All Pro Off Road link arms, both upper and lower. And I think I will get the panhard bracket too...

So I guess these will fix more than one of my problems... rear axle placement and add flex to my rig.

I will hopefully get the new tires installed in the beginning of next week. And get the links by the weekend...

That diesel runner is sweet!!

Yours is looking good too Knixen. I hope you dont regret putting all that cash into the rear suspension. I am going to have some longer/beefier lower links made. If the link mounts hold up, great...if I start twisting or braking them, they will be coming off and leaf springs added.

I guess since the new upper arms are adjustable they will allow a twisting motion and therefor I think (hope) they will hold up. I had made up my mind so that if these coils didn't work out I would go for leafs. But since the height now is acceptable I will try the new arms.

If it tears apart,...well I got a spare axle housing which I might sandblast and reinforce the link mounts.

Hopefully this will be a wicked rear suspension, I think and hope I will have found the best parts available...

I have already had to reweld the top link brackets because the weld where the bracket met the axle tube started cracking. This occurred with stock wheeling! When I get my springs in I plan on boxing those brackets and reinforcing as much as I can.

Not great, got some vibrations within 50-60km/h. But I run 16psi now, could try some more air. Also the rear shocks have to be replaced, need more travel. At least 12", maybe 14".

Other than that they look badass... in my humble opinion.
