Any advice on welding my plow frame? 79 4x4 short bed

Hey everyone,
Below are pics of the plow frame on my 1979 4x4 short bed. While plowing yesterday I broke a weld. Any advice on how to fix this issue?

Thanks,
Zack

And last one, notice how much lower the pass side frame is.

ok so throw a floor jack under it and jack it up to the right hight and use a c-clamp or something to keep it tight and weld away... I might put an overhanging piece across the weld aftarwards and weld it on both sides if I were really paranoid about my welds but im not and it should be fine anyways.
