What size bolt goes here? 22r Carb.

This bolt is missing from the right side of the carb on my 81 4x4 with a 22r. Anyone know what size it is so I can replace it? Can air be sucked into this hole?

Also this truck is a basketcase. I have to pour a little gas down the card and pump the hell out of the peddle to start it, then it idles around 2k. After I drive it aroud for 15 minutes or so the idle drops down to were it stalls if I let off the gas.

the threads look stripped, but it could be the picture.

otherwise its probly a 8x1.25

your best bet is to rebuild the carb, or replace it with a webber.

Thanks for the reply.

I bought a rebuilt kit for it, but after looking at all those vacuum lines, I got scared. I may just rebuild one piece at a time starting with the choke. I'm pretty sure the accelerator pump needs attention.
