22re turbos

Does anyone have a good source for turbos and engine management system for the 22re motors? I'm looking into doing a turbo for a mini and am looking for a good source for the parts.

If you subscribed to www.4wdtoyotaowner.com you would have already seen the 05 taco with a custom turbo in the nov/dec issue.
the custom turbo installer and owner of the featured taco, Aaron Anderson used, is from www.ATPTurbo.com

Thanks for the input. Should give me a starting point.

Why not try and find a factory 86-87 22re turbo motor, harness, and computer? They are only like 135hp stock, but a great starting point if you want an easy swap. I had an 87 way back in like 1992, and it would easily keep up with the 3.0's of the day. I actually gave away a complete 86 turbo 22re engine with the harness and computer to a friend about 10 years ago for his 84 celica. Wish I still had it.

See thread 86 4runner turbo takes a dive, the guy on ebay says (On his) toyota non ret computer has no problems. All he did was instal his turbo kit and some add on guages.

P.S check out the ret block(dish pistons) and head(open c.camber) these are efi capable, put std. efi block on ret head (7.5:1 ret) pos. 8.0:1. + 7psi turdblow=O.K
I am soon to do this, I'll let you know
