Dunno for sure, But the 4runner wears 15s, and the LC rims are 16s, so you shouldn't have any brake rubbing issues. I do KNOW that they fit on a T100 perfectly.....
I would bet 50 bucks on it if its any help..... The optional alloy wheel on 90-95 4Runners was also used on early 80 series (91-92. Later model LC wheels (93-97) will work on 3rd gen 4Runners (96+). Haven't tried them on a 2nd gen model. They should fit, but depending on the tire size, there could be some rubbing, since they are wider and may have different backspacing.

I mounted 80 series rims on a 87 Runner before. The smog technician couldn't smog it with the 36" swampers on there. They should work.
