Huh. I drove my ol' '84 22R for over 2 years with a chunk of Guinness can blocking off the EGR. Never gave me any problems.

So..... what's the problem???

I don't think that was caused by only the EGR being removed. SOmething else had to be going on. By scary none the less.

i m sure there was more than one problem. but among those, the egr was removed.

that aint my truck.
i found this pic.
its a cool pic, and i wanted you all to be aware of the effects that removing the egr can have.
im sure there was more problems with this enginge, but either way the egr shouldnt be messed with.

Um, EGRs are removed all the time with out that happening.
