yeah, correct. the 94's got the open rear sights, not real sure on how they are suppose to work, I have been using mine on the widest.
But the Mp5 got the peep/apature sights, they can be swaped(just the drum) I am waiting for my drum to show to do the swap. I ment to look at the Meps night sights Doug installed to see if it was peep or open, he is out of stock now.
So 94's all got what you(and all of us) got. Mp5 got the peep sight.

I got a question about mine, though. It has an open rear sight. Is it supposed to be an aperture in the rear? What do you guys have for rear sights? The open sight works fine I guess - it's easy to acquire a target. Here's a pic:
