Coastal, I'd like to say that it will work on a 2000 Land Cruiser. I just programmed my 05 the same way.
I seriously doubt it will work on a 2000 Runner though. You might want to try
www.Yotatech.com. Theres a wealth of knowledge there, mainly 4Runners of every Generation. I'll bet you'd find that answer there!
FYI: I checked out the programming details for a Lexus blah, blah, blah 300 (car) and found that the door programming codes are way different than any Yoter I've ever owned. Maybe it's determined by the model and not the entry system. Any thoughts?
