Thats a Eberspächer Swingfire Heater , used in Unimogs and similar Trucks.
Works with Gasoline and produces 11KW , i got one of these to heat my garage if it gets to cold.
Just needs a batterie to start, then it works on its own !
They even sell on US-Ebay !!
