I've lived in countries where guns were illegal, and there was terrible crime.

I've lived in countries where guns were legal and there was practically no crime.

And I've lived in countries where guns were legal, and there was lots of crime.

So, I am skeptical of anyone who claims they can prove a correlation between the two either way.

Don't get me wrong, I am an ardent 2nd amendment supporter, but I do not believe that more guns equals more or less crime, nor do I believe that no guns equals less or more crime.

You need to do better than "Washington DC banned handguns in 1976. Now their murder rate is 60% higher." Might try digging a little deeper.

Sorry.
