Thanks. The low rating is due to the slight wobble that sometimes occurs, plus I would rather have it on the opposite side. It is somewhat intrusive in space in the cargo area but for now not to bad. I purchased it for about $40 at the MAF garage sale

I thought about getting the hoop and then possibly adding to it, would you considering going this route? I ended up opting for the clean pallet to start with; I’m most likely going to weld one on in the future.
