I took a piece of 1/2” conduit and flattened one side out in a vice and drilled two holes the same distance and diameter as the headrest posts and painted it black. Then I purchased this clamp for $15
http://www.clamperpod.com/. And it works out great, I used to ask the shotgun passenger to hold it but then I started to wheel with my daughters more often and they would just loose interest after the first 20 minutes of holding the camera.
