First, IT'S NOT SARAN WRAP!!! 
Second, you could use both the magnetic panels and then put the plastic on the flares, mirrors, and parts of the truck that the magnets don't cover.
Third, you can do >90mph with the Saran .... err, I mean the shrink wrap... with no worries about it coming off.
