Came across this image as I was cleaning out pix from the computer (real bored, recovering from knee surgery lol).
I made this to remove the harmonic balancer to replace the seal behind it a couple years ago. I tried any number of pullers I had and we had at work but none worked so I made this one. It worked great.
I'm sure a lot of guys have done this as well, but I posted it up for future searches.
The outer bolts thread into existing holes into the balancer, the center bolt is what you center on the end of the shaft and when you tighten the center bolt it pulls the pulley off the shaft.
I don't recall if I welded a nut for the center bolt to thread through or if I just tapped threads in the box steel.
