Garage
"looks" like a standard 9.5" open differential, comes stock on front and rear of the 40, 60 series, some 70 and 80 series cruisers.

What are you using it for?

Hi All:

I'm with Phrogg, it appears to be a regular Land Cruiser 9.5 inch ring gear third member. Likely from a post-1980 60 or 70 Series due to the diff flanges and SUA suspension.

Regards,

Alan

If it helps any here are a few pics of my 9.5" diffs from my 89 JDM BJ74, from when I had my ARB's installed. In the side by side comparison pic the painted unit is my original housing and has an ARB RD 124, it is also in the other two shots of the rear axle housing. The unpainted unit has an ARB RD 142 and was purchased complete from JTs Parts & Accessories, Justdifferentials.com. You can see their is slight differences in the castings.

On a side note, yes it is full floating rear

And yeah I say your pics are from a 70 series as you have the exact same casting as my original unit and your rear housing pic looks the same and even has the LSPV valve visible
