LJ70 HZJ7 hubs

Does anyone know if the LJ70 and HZJ75 hubs are interchangeable?
They have different part # .
But the HJ75 has the same part # as a LJ70 and I thought the HJ75 and HZJ75 would have been the same

I'm guessing your talking about the free wheeling hubs?

At work we have some HZJ75, their free wheeling hubs are different to my FJ73 and BJ74, the hubs have a part of the base "scalloped" out. I think they should still fit though.

I meant the hub part where the bearing sits.
