So you're saying in all four corners the brakes heat up?
Usually I attribute brake's heating up to a siezed piston in a brake caliper (if it's in the front) or although i've never seen one a seized rear wheel cylinder (usually they leak before they seize I believe)
If it is your back brakes giving you issues, there is a rear proportioning value, that senses the amount of load on your back wheels and gives more or less braking pressure depending on the amount of gear in your truck.
the brakes on these trucks aren't really proned to issues.
