very cool... there is alot of effort making one of them you would think they would just use a full size truck like a f250 or something even larger perhaps to get that size tray. I always wandered how they did the double driveshaft though thanks for sharing

That's some neat engineering, lots of $$$ too.

Wow, that's an awesome rig and the onversion looks like it was done by someone with a lot of experience, thanks for sharing.

It would make a great expedition rig:cool:

Awesome Rig, just how cool is that :)

I have my doubts that would make a good expedition rig, great for large weight load but not ideal in the out back with that type of suspension and setup.

Cheers,

Michael

wow
the rear diff looks to be fliped over

They dont need great articulation when they have 6 wheels and the outback is largely flat here.
I was thinking it would be good for the length.

In British Columbia that set-up would suck! Very well engineered beast!

All that money spent on the conversion and it doesn't even have a bullbar.;p

If it was flipped, wouldn't it run backwards, or could the drive shaft be reversed also ?

If you keep the diff-head up the original way it'll still turn the axles in the same direction.
Looks like fixed drive between the two back axles, must be hard on tyres.

Why not use an F250?
Because this can carry more without taking up as much space. 5700kg = 12,500lb.

Looks like something is leaking oil and spattering the axles.

off course be cause the drain plug is still at the bottom now i get it
maybe they chopped both arms/axels off the pumkin and swaped sides

Sure looks like a great rig, I just hope that not a chain driven converter or whatever you would call it too run the two tail shafts. One kewl thing i noticed too was the fitment of some after market seats, this company sure looks after its blokes
