OK :

My separator is by pass. I whant to plug it back. So...

Do I have to care TO CLEAN IT ? I suppose yes ? Pass so diesel in ? I suppose I found some residus inside ?

You can take the seperator off, unscrew the top, and inspect/clean it. Do not be suprised if you see a little rust in the bottom (from water that sat and was not drained). Put it all back together (make sure the o-ring goes back in as well) mount on the frame rail and hook up your fuel lines. Hook up the lead to the filter light in the dash (make sure it's working).

There is an in and out, and I can not recall if they are marked.

Yes, I have taken one apart before, cleaned, inspected and put back together. It will unscrew. Sure, can't hurt to fill it with clean diesel before you put it back on the frame rail. You should change your fuel filter (If it has not been done lately) and bleed the entire system before firing it up anyway.
