105 series gxl rims

At a mates house the other day noticed mags on his dads 105 gxl asked about the old rims and centr cap what he did with them , he said there in the shed if i want them go get them with 4x caps and wheel nuts for FREE YEWw so the ausi way i bought him a carton, cheaper than ebay hope a tyre shop can fit them tommorow

im going to drill a big circle in the front caps so i can get to the hubs the paint looks old in the pics but there just dusty

They will stick out the front guards about a inch so now you will need some flares to keep the spray off the windows and the cops off your back

mate i only have tiny 265/75's there not to wide and i got my scrub bars like yours and they dont stick out past that but yea mate im going to get some ABR flares moulded one like the ones on the RV 79 series but not front bolt hole ..unless rosco want to get rid of his 73 series one

Yeah my wider tryres dont stick out past the bars but the mud spray definately gets thrown everywhere ! its pretty hard to see out the windows even after a short drive in sloppy conditions. I am waiting for a phone call from ARB rtight now, they are fitting the flexy flares and some IPF X900 driving lights. I cant wait, got to ride the mountain bike down there to pick up the ute, I reckon I may get a speeding ticket
I went with the flexy flares as I was not really sure of clearance with the fibreglass ones and they would be a bit more forgiving if the scrub bars get a push in.

I will post up some pics of the flares etc this arvo.

Got the wholes cut in my front caps there a little sharp when you lock the hubs i felt bad drilling through a toyota sign
